today's topic is stress.
so i want to tell how to relieve my stress.
if the stress is small or the degree is low, i can get rid of stress by calling with my sister.
on my way to home from work, i call with my sister and backbite my workplace people or my situation.
but if the stress is a little big or the degree is middle, i have to think about that.
what is the way to resolve the problem or who can help me.
think, think, think and think about 30minutes.
after the time, i cant relieve the stress, i do excercise and sweat profusely.
gasping for breath makes me forget everything.
but the stress is accumulated many times and i can't withstand the stress.
that situation i have to go home!! and have gimbap made by my mother.
i can release my stress.
i am sorry to tell that. it's time to do that now.
i want to go home.
