나의 매우 에너제틱하고 활발한 사람이다.

i am very energetic and vigorous.

 

사람들은 종종 묻는다. 어떻게 그런 에너지가 나오냐고?

somebody often asked me. what is source of your energy?

 

내 에너지의 원천은 나 자신의 만족감을 채우는 것이다.

my source of evergy is satisfying me.

 

방법은 다양하다.

ways of satisfying me are diverse.

 

but today i want to introduce one way.

 

that is reading books.

 

from books, i get feel there are a lot of people who lives well. and i want to live like them.

 

recently, i read miracle morning by hall elode.

 

the book tell me how to wake up early and live effectively.

 

so i started miracle morning so today is ninty second day. about three month.

 

i feel very happy and fresh.

 

from these way i grow up.
